The Ladies Athletic Club of Dallas and the Dallas–Fort Worth Urban League Young Professionals are proud to present Adult Field Day 2026, an exciting celebration of National Day of Wellness designed to bring people together through movement, friendly competition, and community.

Join more than 300 active professionals, community leaders, families, and friends for an unforgettable afternoon filled with games, wellness experiences, local vendors, music, giveaways, and meaningful connections.

• Early Bird Registration — $60 per team (through August 1st, 2026)
• Regular Registration — $75 per team (after August 15, 2026)
