⏰5:30pm: Check in starts- Participants are welcomed to check-in and begin to set up their vision station upon arrival. 

🧘🏻6:30pm: 45 min yoga class lead by Yoga Joint Doral instructor Jenice Moore

2026 Vision – A Vision Board Party Experience
Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in connection with participation in 2026 Vision – A Vision Board Party Experience (the "Event").
Event Details
    •    Event Name: 2026 Vision – A Vision Board Party Experience
    •    Venue: La Terraza Organic
    •    Instructor: Jenice Moore with Yoga Joint Doral
    •    Organizer: Wellness by Boon, LLC
Assumption of Risk
Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the Event may include activities such as light movement, stretching, yoga, creative activities, and social interaction. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges La Terraza Organic, Yoga Joint Doral and Wellness by Boon, LLC, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to Participant’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to Participant’s participation in the Event.
Medical Acknowledgment
Participant represents that they are physically able to participate in the Event and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Participant understands that the Released Parties are not providing medical advice or treatment. Participant agrees to consult with a physician prior to participation if they have any concerns.
At-Will Event Acknowledgment
Participant understands and agrees that this is an at-will event, and participation is voluntary. Participant may stop participating at any time for any reason.
Media Release
Participant grants permission to Wellness by Boon, LLC to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, without compensation. (Participant may opt out by notifying the organizer in writing prior to the Event.)
Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment & Signature
By signing below, Participant acknowledges that they have read this Waiver, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.
