❄️ **WINTER WELLNESS CRAWL | 614FitClub x Lane Ave**



Ready to shake off the winter slump? We’re kicking off 2027 with a **FOUR-WEEK Winter Wellness Crawl** featuring four Columbus fitness studios — all along Lane Avenue!



Each weekend, we’re taking over a different studio for a 614FitClub community workout, giving you the chance to try something new, meet new people, discover local wellness businesses, AND get another stamp in your 614 Health + Wellness Passport.&#x20;



✨ **Here’s the lineup:**

**January 9 | Jetset Pilates**
Get ready to shake, sweat and burn with a Megaformer workout designed to challenge you from head to toe.



**January 16 | Row House UA**
Grab a rower and get ready to work! This full-body, high-energy workout will have you sweating, moving and cheering each other on.



**January 23 | Body Alive UA**
Bring the good vibes and get ready to move with Body Alive. Expect a fun, challenging core workout and plenty of 614FitClub energy.



**January 30 | CycleBar**
Finish the crawl with a ride! Clip in, turn up the energy, and ride it out with the 614FitClub crew.



**Why four weeks?**

Because we don’t believe wellness has to mean doing the same thing every week.&#x20;



Come to one. Come to all four. Bring a friend. Meet someone new. There’s no pressure — just movement, connection, local love and a whole lot of fun.

By attending this event, I acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of risk 
I understand that this event may include physical activities such as fitness classes, movement, or other wellness experiences. I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accident that may occur during participation.

2. Release of Liability for Injury
I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge 614FitClub, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, vendors, and representatives from any all all claims for injury, illness, accident, or damages arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.

3. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers
614FitClub disclaims all liability for any actions, negligence, misconduct, or omissions of any third-party vendors, service providers, partners, or other participants involved in the event. I understand that all services, treatments, demonstrations, or activations provided by third parties are at my own risk.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Personal Items
I understand and agree that 614FitClub is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while at the event.

5. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate and will seek medical clearance if necessary. I agree that I am solely responsible for any medical conditions, treatments, or emergencies that may occur.

6. Media Release
I grant permission for 614FitClub to photograph, film, or otherwise record the event and to use my image, likeness, and voice for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.

7. Non-refundable Ticket Policy
I understand that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, weather, or failure to attend. No exceptions will be made.

8. Agreement to terms
By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily accept this waiver, assumption of risk, and release 614FitClub of any liability.
