Running

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in the Let’s Run Pines Run Club event involves physical activity, including running or walking on public sidewalks, roads, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces. I understand that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, traffic-related incidents, weather conditions, dehydration, illness, or injury.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur to me as a result of participating in this event.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Let’s Run Pines Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, leaders, sponsors, partners, including Lime Fresh, Pembroke Gardens, and any affiliated entities, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own hydration, safety, and well-being during the event.

I understand and agree that photographs or videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image or likeness to be used for promotional or social media purposes by Let’s Run Pines Run Club without compensation.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor’s participation under the terms of this waiver.

I have read this waiver carefully, fully understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
