305 Kettlebell Club is Back: Halloween Edition

After almost 3 years, The 305 Kettlebell Club is back. And we’re bringing every kettlebell we own.

Coach Wlad and Coach Rick are teaming up for a Halloween strength class outdoors on the turf at Bay 13 Brewery. We’ll be in costume, and we want you in one too.

If you came to our Kettlebell Costume Party, you know how this goes. A turf full of witches, superheroes, and zombies swinging kettlebells. This time we’re doing it in the morning, and you’re welcome to stay for brunch at Bay 13 after.

 

What you’re getting:
A 60 minute kettlebell strength class coached by two of Miami’s top kettlebell coaches
Over 1,000 lbs of kettlebells, so all you need to bring is yourself
Real coaching on your form, whether it’s your first swing or your thousandth

 

After class: Stay for brunch at Bay 13 with the crew. Food and drinks are on your own.

 

Costumes are encouraged. Best costume wins a prize. Just make sure you can squat in it.

 

Who it’s for: Everyone. Beginners get scaled options and hands on coaching. If you’ve been training for years, we’ll find the weight that humbles you.

 

Bring: Water, a towel, a costume you can move in, and an appetite for after.
