FrigNFit class is for all fitness levels - attendees range from first-timers, grandparents, athletes, college students, parents (kids!), young professionals, pregnant/postpartum women and everything in between! All have the common goal of working as a team, having fun, and bettering themselves through movement! Classes are 1 hour and consist of a mix of strength and cardio work. All workouts are trainer-led with a concentration on ideal form and modification through injuries.
