4th Annual Wellness Tailgate – Hosted by Cold Cowboy Club at Payette Brewing
By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in physical activities—including but not limited to running, high-intensity workouts, ice baths (cold exposure), and sauna use—carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, cardiac events, or other physical injury.

2. Health and Responsibility:
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the planned activities. I agree to listen to my body and participate only to the extent that I feel safe and able. I understand that I am responsible for my own health, hydration, and well-being throughout the event.

3. Liability Release:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Wellness Tailgate, I hereby release and hold harmless Cold Cowboy Club, Payette Brewing Co., their owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Media Release:
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes. I grant permission for my image to be used without compensation.

5. Alcohol and Non-Alcoholic Beverages:
If I choose to consume alcohol, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and will do so responsibly. I understand non-alcoholic beverage options will also be available.
