Join us for a Sunrise 5K Walk/Ruck at Trinity Trails to start the day with movement, fresh air, and great community.

We will meet by Press Cafe at The Trailhead at Clearfork before heading out for a relaxed 5K walk or ruck along the Trinity River. This event is open to all fitness levels, and rucking is completely optional — come walk, move your body, and connect with others in the community.

Protein coffee, shakes, and snacks will be provided. After the walk, we’ll hang out for a bit, connect, and sample some 1st Phorm products together.

This event is open to Legionnaires, friends, family (dogs and kids welcome), and anyone in the community — you do not have to be a Legionnaire to attend. These events are meant to bring people together through movement, accountability, and community. Excited to meet y’all! :)
