Our studio classes are back! Kicking off the fall 🍂season with Coach Dana Leonard at Basecamp!
Dana is bringing a special equipment day: kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells to challenge your technique and build raw strength. All levels welcome, but come ready to push!💪

This Full body Thigh-intensity class is designed to maximize efficiency. Expect 60 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest as you rotate through the air bike, strength stations, and bodyweight movements.
