Join us for **ASTRO FLOW**, a seaside sound bath and beach hang on **Thursday, July 10, from 6–8pm**.

Kristina of **The Cosmic Well** will share insights into the seasonal astrology and how it intersects with the Full Moon. Anna will guide us through a gentle stretch and sound journey to help you move through the flowy, water element energy of Cancer season. Afterward, unwind and connect at our cozy beach cabana, curated by Christian of **Nana Cabana**.
