ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that yoga involves physical movement, stretching, and breathing exercises that may be strenuous. I acknowledge that participation in this yoga class involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, or other injuries
Falls or loss of balance
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
Other unforeseen injuries or medical emergencies

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this yoga class, whether known or unknown, and whether arising from the negligence of the instructor, event organizers, or otherwise.
HEALTH AND FITNESS REPRESENTATION
I represent that:

I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
I will inform the instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or medical conditions before class begins
I will listen to my body and modify or discontinue poses as needed
I will not participate if I feel unwell or have been advised against physical activity by a healthcare provider

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in Let's Go Girls - Slow Flow Social Yoga, I hereby:
RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the event organizers, instructors, volunteers, venue owners, and all affiliated parties (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during participation in this yoga class.
This release includes claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss or liability incurred in defending any claim made by me or anyone making a claim on my behalf, even if such claim alleges negligence on the part of the Released Parties.
MEDIA RELEASE
I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other recordings of me taken during this event for promotional purposes without compensation.
AGREEMENT TERMS

This waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns
If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of California State.
I have read this waiver carefully and understand its contents

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the Released Parties.
