Come join a dynamic yet soulful, high vibe yoga class led by Tatiana Gutierrez Galeano, Miami-based yoga teacher and lululemon Ambassador to celebrate another chapter  before she departs for her 2nd vipassana meditation journey.&#x20;



This is a donation based gathering created to celebrate, honor, and embody yoga as a way of life: a path of devotion, awareness, humility, compassion, and connection. A practice that allows us to show up fully as we are while learning how to hold space for ourselves and one another with openness, presence, and pure intention.



Flow through a soulful 90 min **7 Doorways vinyasa class** blending together dynamic movement, meditation, philosophy, lineage, and straight up vibey beats. 7 Doorways gives you framework of intentional movement patterns that you’ll be guided through while also being invited to explore in your own rhythm, your own breath, and your own lived experience. There is structure, but there is also freedom. Freedom to listen. Freedom to move intuitively. Freedom to feel.
