**Sometimes you don't need to think your way through it. You need a way out of your head and back into your body.**

9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory experience combining conscious connected breathing with headphones, layered sound, guided coaching and somatic practices.

You'll be guided through a two-hour journey designed to quiet the noise of the thinking mind, deepen your connection with your body and create space for release, clarity and presence.

This experience takes place inside Innergy's light-therapy wellness space, creating an intentionally supportive environment while you breathe, rest and receive.

You don't need to be good at meditation and you don't need any previous breathwork experience. Everything is invitational and you remain in choice throughout the experience.

**Come breathe. Feel. Release. Reconnect.**

**What to bring:** A yoga mat, small pillow or towel for under your head, blanket, water and anything you'd like for comfort while lying down. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely.
