Meet me on the mat at Abiaka Park to connect with your body and breath during this vinyasa flow and sound healing session. All levels welcome as we move, breathe, and find our flow in a serene outdoor setting overlooking the water.
The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. At the end of the flow, enjoy a relaxing sound bath. 
Class will begin at 10:00. We will meet under the tree for shade with views overlooking the water & the city!
