By participating in this fitness class hosted by Activate with Cait, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	I understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, and I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity with full knowledge of the risks involved.
	2.	I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in this class or the recovery experience, including but not limited to cold plunges and sauna use.
	3.	I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may incur during my participation.
	4.	I release and hold harmless Activate with Cait, Likeminded, class instructors, sponsors, and partners (including Gorgie and Akasha Superfoods) from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of my participation in this event.
	5.	I grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
