Join us **<u>Sunday May 17th from 6-8pm</u>** for an evening of movement, fun, and new connections!

This is a workout but it is designed to be beginner friendly. No prior gymnastics experience required.

What to expect:&#x20;

-Our group will be the only ones at the facility (place to ourselves wahooo!)&#x20;

-We will start with a group warm up & icebreaker -Stations around the gym to learn skills like cartwheels, handstands, and other basic gymnastics from Champions coaches&#x20;

-Open gym time - aka go crazy in the foam pit, trampolines, etc!&#x20;

-We will wrap up with a cool down stretch

An opportunity to bring out your inner child & celebrate with us! No prior gymnastics experience required. Bring yourself, just as you are!
