Welcome to the Adult Track Club – Where Speed Meets Community

Looking for something different than your typical run club? This is not about logging miles — it’s about sprinting with purpose. We focus on real track-style workouts like 60s, 80s, 100s, and 200s. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve sprinted before, this is your space.

Each session is structured like a real track practice — with drills, technique work, and sprint intervals designed to help you run smarter and faster. We’ll break things down for beginners and challenge our experienced runners with more advanced reps. You’ll be grouped by skill level so you always feel supported and pushed in the right way.

Most importantly, we’re a fun, inclusive community of adults who just don’t want to train alone. Running by yourself is hard. We make it easier — and way more fun — to show up, get better, and move with purpose.

Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in training sessions, workouts, and related activities organized by Adult Track Club, a recreational adult track club led by Coach Troy. I understand that running, sprinting, and physical training carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, heat exhaustion, and other potential injuries.

By signing this waiver, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I accept full responsibility for any injury or health condition that may result from my participation. I understand that I am responsible for consulting with a physician before engaging in physical activity.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Coach Troy, Adult Track Club, and any affiliated volunteers or organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of my participation, including those caused by negligence.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Coach Troy or any club representative to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

Photo/Video Release (optional): I grant permission for photos or videos taken during club activities to be used for promotional purposes.

This waiver applies to all previous and future classes, workshops, and events hosted by Adult Track Club. 

Acknowledgment: I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
