By purchasing a ticket for this event, you ("Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RF Studios Miami ("RF Studios," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final. Your purchase reserves a limited space at a scheduled event and removes that space from public inventory. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by RF Studios.
Admission is subject to availability, studio capacity limits, and compliance with all studio policies.

2. No Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for:

Missed classes
Late arrivals
Schedule conflicts
Illness or injury
Travel delays
Personal emergencies
Weather
Change of mind
Failure to attend
Any reason outside RF Studios' control

If RF Studios cancels the event for reasons within its control, your sole remedy will be either: A credit toward a future event, or Rescheduling of the event, at RF Studios' sole discretion.

3. Rescheduling: RF Studios reserves the right to change the instructor, venue, class format, music, start time, or event schedule without creating any obligation for refunds.

4. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in a aerial yoga class, including aerial hammock use, movement, stretching, and relaxation techniques involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Falls
Equipment failure
Muscle strains
Dizziness
Emotional responses
Aggravation of existing conditions
Other unforeseen injuries

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. Medical Acknowledgment

You represent that:

You are physically capable of participating.
You have consulted a physician if necessary.
You will immediately stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
You will notify the instructor of any relevant medical conditions before class begins.

Participation is at your own risk.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS RF STUDIOS MIAMI, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, CONTRACTORS, LANDLORDS, AFFILIATES, SPONSORS, VOLUNTEERS, SUCCESSORS, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, ATTORNEY'S FEES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS CONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

7. Photography and Video: RF Studios may photograph or record the event. By attending, you grant RF Studios the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and social media purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, you must notify RF Studios in writing before the event begins. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

8. Studio Rules: Participants agree to follow all instructor directions and studio policies. RF Studios reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or creates a risk to others. Removal from the event does not entitle the participant to any refund.

9. Chargeback Policy

By completing this purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

You have reviewed these Terms & Conditions.
You understand that all sales are final.
You authorize the payment submitted.
You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal for reasons covered by these Terms.

Before initiating any payment dispute, you agree to contact RF Studios to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

If you initiate a chargeback that is determined in favor of RF Studios, or that is inconsistent with these agreed Terms, you agree that RF Studios may submit these Terms, your purchase confirmation, attendance records, communications, and any other relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution as evidence supporting the transaction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse RF Studios for any reasonable costs, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in successfully defending a wrongful or unauthorized payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Electronic Acceptance: Checking the agreement box during checkout constitutes your electronic signature.

You acknowledge that your electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature and that these Terms become binding immediately upon completion of your purchase.

11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Venue: Any legal action arising out of these Terms or your participation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the purchase of your ticket and participation in the event and supersede all prior discussions or representations relating to the subject matter herein.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.
