Aerial Yin Yoga Teacher Training (24 Hours)

Sink deeper into stillness and skill with our Aerial Yin Yoga Teacher Training, designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students ready to expand their practice into long-hold, supported aerial yin postures.

This 24-hour training blends in-studio learning, experiential practice, and real-world teaching experience. You’ll explore aerial yin sequencing, anatomy and meridians, nervous system regulation, contraindications, hands-on assists, and safe hammock setup—while learning how to create deeply restorative, energetically aligned classes.

Training Format:
• 7 weeks of in-studio training
• Fridays, 7:00–9:00 PM
• 13 classroom hours
• 9 required hours (observations, participation & internship)
• 2 hours of homework

Perfect for instructors looking to add Aerial Yin to their offerings or deepen their understanding of supported, therapeutic aerial practice.
