**AFRO FLOW: An Afrobeats Pilates Party**

Get ready to move, vibe, and flow at **Afro Flow!** This is an Afrobeats-themed Pilates party celebrating movement, culture, and community. This isn’t just a workout… it’s an experience. Expect high energy, feel-good music, and a room full of beautiful people moving in sync to the rhythm of Afrobeats.&#x20;

Open to everyone, rooted in the vibrancy of African cultures. 💛✨

**Your ticket includes:**
• A 45-minute Pilates class
• A customized African-inspired beverage
• A curated care package
• Access to local vendors and on-site food truck

🕑 2:00 PM – 2:50 PM

Please arrive at least **10 minutes early** for check-in. Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time to minimize distractions and maintain the session's flow.

**Instructor Spotlight:**
The classes will be led by Danni. She is an instructor at Solidcore and the founder of AxA Pilates — bringing strength, intention, and serious vibes to the mat.

**Mats will be provided,** but you’re welcome to bring your own.
