Join After Hours Club and Ice Cold Club for a Summer Friday rooftop community event designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and head into the weekend feeling grounded.



We're taking Summer Fridays to a whole new level with a post-work sunset rooftop experience centered around movement, mindfulness, and community.



At After Hours Club, we believe healing happens in community. Whether you've had a long week, are feeling overwhelmed, or simply want to carve out time for yourself, this evening is an opportunity to pause, be present, and connect with others.



What to Expect:

• Rooftop yoga led by Danelle Tawfik, After Hours Club's newest movement instructor&#x20;

• A restorative sound experience led by Lauren Schramm, Founder of Ice Cold Club

• Intentional connection and community

• Beverages available on-site

[After Hours Club](https://www.instagram.com/afterhoursclubnyc/) is a mental health-focused art and wellness community based in New York City. We create intentional spaces where conversations around mental health are normalized -- through guided workshops, creative expression, and genuine community connection.



[Ice Cold Club ](https://icecold.club/)brings expertly-guided cold exposure, breath work, and sound healing to our Brooklyn rooftops + to private events *anywhere*. We teach people how to use the cold as a tool for nervous system regulation, stress resilience + better mental health — together.



Danielle is a 200-hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher, and has spent the past 2.5 years teaching yoga around the world from Bali to Tel Aviv to Sri Lanka and New York City.&#x20;



Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and yoga philosophy for grounded, intuitive flows that meet students at all levels. Her goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone, and her classes emphasize yoga philosophy, breathwork, presence, and the magic of the mind-body connection.
