The first OFFLINE reminded us how much we need spaces where we can step away from the noise, take care of ourselves and connect with good people without forcing the moment.



September 13, we’re taking it higher.
MELI x AJANI are bringing OFFLINE back for an intentional afternoon centered around movement, wellness, culture and real connection.


Start with a guided yoga session and meditation, then spend the afternoon however you need it — catch the live DJ, explore wellness vendors, grab brunch on site, get in the pool, hit the hot tub or simply find a corner and have a conversation with somebody you were supposed to meet.

No pressure to perform. No networking name tags. No need to be “on.”

By registering for, attending, or participating in **OFFLINE**, I acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary and may include yoga, meditation, fitness or wellness activities, swimming, use of a pool and/or hot tub, and other recreational activities. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, falls, slips, drowning, property damage, or other unforeseen risks.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless **Ajani, Meli, their respective owners, employees, representatives, contractors, instructors/trainers, event staff, participating vendors, sponsors, venue/property owners and operators, and affiliated partners** from claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in or attendance at OFFLINE, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate in any activity and agree to stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, illness, or discomfort. I understand that instructors and event personnel are not providing medical advice.

I acknowledge that swimming, pool, and hot tub participation is optional and undertaken at my own risk. I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by event staff, instructors, vendors, and venue personnel.

I understand that food, beverages, wellness products, treatments, services, and other goods may be offered or sold by independent vendors. I acknowledge that these vendors are independently responsible for their products and services, including ingredients, allergens, quality, and safety. I agree that Ajani and Meli are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, illness, losses, or damages arising from products or services provided by independent vendors.

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during OFFLINE. By attending, I grant Ajani and Meli permission to photograph, film, and record me and to use my image, likeness, and voice for promotional, marketing, social media, and other lawful business purposes without additional compensation, unless I notify event organizers otherwise in writing before participating.

I am responsible for my personal belongings and understand that the released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

By registering for or participating in OFFLINE, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily accept its terms, and agree to release the parties identified above from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The OFFLINE EXPERIENCE ticket gets you access to the yoga session, meditation, pool, hot tub and experience vendors who will be onsite providing paid services. There will also be brunch on site for purchase and event giveaways.
