DreamFlow with Candace
DreamFlow with Candace is a faith centered movement and breath community designed to help you slow down, rest deeply, and create space to abide with God across your spirit, mind, and body.
This space is for people who want to move in ways that feel gentle and supportive while staying rooted in faith. DreamFlow invites you to honor your body as part of your spiritual life and to see rest not as weakness, but as wisdom.
Each gathering includes intentional movement, breath led practices, and moments of stillness that support alignment across spirit, mind, and body. We also share a short reflective Bible study designed to help connect Scripture with what the body is experiencing, allowing the Word to move from head knowledge into embodied understanding.
Rather than rushing through teaching, we create space to sit with Scripture, reflect, and allow it to shape how we breathe, move, and rest. This practice helps align the Word with the body in a way that feels accessible, grounding, and restorative.
