Doors open at 10:00 AM — get settled, mingle, and set your vibe before we begin. At 10:15 AM, we’ll flow through a 50-minute beat-based mat Pilates class, ending with a calming sound bowl meditation to leave you feeling balanced and renewed.

After class, stay to sip and savor — enjoy prosecco, fresh juices, coffee, baked goods, giveaways, and of course, a little post-class shopping around the beautiful TERN boutique. ✨
