the alignment session is a saturday morning designed for women who are *exceptional* at showing up for everything except themselves. thirty minutes of outdoor mat pilates: breath, alignment, and the radical act of not checking your phone.

no experience required. no performance review at the end. many attendees are coming solo.

it's free. spots are limited. consider this your calendar hold.



**the session**

a thirty-minute full-body mat pilates class led by a balanced body–trained instructor, built around alignment ...  the physical kind and the other kind.&#x20;



expect intentional movement, a slower pace than your inbox, and cues you can actually follow.



all levels welcome. modifications offered throughout, because scaling down is a skill too.

* your own mat

* *no agenda required*

the week of the session, you'll receive an email with arrival details, parking, and what to bring. (yes, we have a weather protocol. it was pre-decided, like all good decisions.)
