The affair shall commence with a dynamic yet gracious Pvolve movement, low in impact yet most effective in awakening and strengthening one’s form. From there, guests will be guided into restorative mat Pilates, allowing the body to lengthen, release, and exhale its tensions. A delicate breathwork interlude shall follow, intended to calm the nervous system and restore inner composure.

As Bridgerton-inspired melodies float through the air, the evening will conclude with an intentional card pull—offered to set one’s intentions for the month ahead with clarity and quiet resolve.

Expect flickering candlelight, floral elegance, curated energy, and a gathering of like-minded souls moving and breathing in harmonious unison.
