We’ll kick off the experience with a welcome coffee & matcha pre-party starting at 3:00 PM, creating the perfect vibe before the full event begins.

4:00 PM – Club officially opens
4:30 PM – Dual fitness sessions begin:
•	CrossFit / Circuit Training
•	Aqua Pilates (new addition)

5:15 PM – Second wave of workouts:
•	Boxing
•	Mat Pilates

6:30 PM – Fun fitness continues with:
•	Jump Rope Challenge
•	Sunset Dance

From 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM It’s time to let go at our Sunset Poolside Experience, with a lineup of top Orlando DJs keeping the energy high and the beats flowing all evening.
