1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand this event includes a range of wellness, fitness, and recovery activities, which may include but are not limited to:

Cold plunges (exposure to freezing water)

Sauna use (exposure to high heat)

Group exercise classes, such as but not limited to: mat Pilates, spin, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight movements, and functional training

Biohacking and recovery services, including but not limited to: leg compression boots, Theragun/percussive therapy, infrared or red light therapy, chiropractic stretching or adjustments

Health and wellness treatments, including Botox injections, B12 shots, and other wellness injections administered by licensed third-party providers

Food and beverages provided on-site, including samples from third-party vendors

I recognize that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, burns, allergic reaction, muscle strain, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, dehydration, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects. I assume all responsibility and voluntarily accept these risks.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for attending and participating, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby fully and irrevocably waive, release, and discharge:

All staff, instructors, therapists, clinicians, vendors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated partners

from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or demands of any kind, including but not limited to those arising from negligence, related to injury, illness, death, or property loss during or resulting from participation in the event and any activities or services described above.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION
I understand I am responsible for any food or drink I consume at this event, including items provided by third-party vendors. I release all parties from liability for foodborne illness, allergic reaction, or sensitivity of any kind.

4. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
I understand that certain services—such as botox, red light therapy, stretching, compression therapy, and chiropractic care—may be administered or facilitated by licensed or certified third-party providers. I agree that all such interactions are voluntary, and I release Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, The Acre Orlando, and Team Market Group from any responsibility related to these services.

5. NO MINORS
I acknowledge that this is an 18+ event, and no minors will be admitted under any circumstances.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
If medical attention is required, I authorize the event staff or medical professionals to seek appropriate care on my behalf and assume all financial responsibility for treatment.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and its partners full permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in any media captured during the event, in perpetuity and without compensation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, The Acre Orlando, Team Market Group, and all associated vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability or claim brought as a result of my participation.
