AltSocial is a high energy wellness experience that brings people together through cold plunging, saunas, group fitness, recovery, and real community. It is about good vibes, good people, and creating a social experience that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived.

On April 4 we are heading to the lake at Paradise Cove. Expect beachside plunges, group fitness, and everything you love about AltSocial. Enjoy free paddleboards and kayaks and also free pontoon rides, with jet ski and wakeboarding experiences available for purchase. 🌞🌊🏄🚤⏰

Due to high demand and our goal of giving all guests the chance to participate, each ticket includes access to one class only. If you would like to attend multiple classes, you will need to purchase a ticket for each individual class.
All free services or experiences rendered by our sponsors are first come first serve. Not everyone is guaranteed the ability to experience all services provided.

AltSocial takes place outdoors in Florida’s heat, and the combination of caffeine, exercise, saunas, and cold plunges may increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, or fainting. Please hydrate in the days leading up to the event, eat beforehand, listen to your body, and understand that participation is at your own risk. AltSocial and its partners are not liable for any adverse health events.

In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, you will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event. This credit may be applied to a future event date of Alt Social Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

ALT SOCIAL WELLNESS CLUB LLC — EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that this event includes a range of wellness, fitness, and recovery activities, which may include but are not limited to:
Cold plunges (exposure to freezing water)
Sauna use (exposure to high heat)
Group exercise classes such as mat Pilates, spin, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight exercises, and functional training
Biohacking and recovery services, including leg compression boots, Theragun/percussive therapy, infrared or red light therapy, chiropractic stretching or adjustments
Health and wellness treatments, including but not limited to B12 shots, Botox injections, and other wellness injections administered by licensed third-party providers
Food and beverages provided on-site, including samples from third-party vendors
I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: injury, illness, burns, allergic reactions, muscle strain, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, dehydration, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects. I voluntarily assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge the following parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands, including those arising from negligence:
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC
Paradise Cove 
All event staff, instructors, therapists, clinicians, vendors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated partners
This release applies to any injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event or resulting from participation in any of the above-listed activities or services.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION

I understand that I am solely responsible for the food and beverages I choose to consume during the event, including those provided by third-party vendors. I release all listed parties from any liability associated with foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or sensitivities.

4. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

I acknowledge that certain services and offerings at this event—including but not limited to Botox injections, red light therapy, chiropractic care, compression therapy, stretching, product sampling, and other wellness, fitness, or promotional services—are administered, operated, or distributed by independent third-party vendors. I understand that these vendors operate separately and independently from Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and Paradise Cove. 
I voluntarily choose to engage with these third-party vendors at my own discretion and risk. I acknowledge and agree that Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, and Paradise Cove  do not supervise, endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for the actions, services, advice, procedures, treatments, or products offered by third-party vendors.
I release and hold harmless all of the above parties from any liability, injury, illness, loss, or damage that may result from my interactions with any vendor, or from the use or consumption of any product, treatment, or service they provide.

5. NO MINORS

I acknowledge that this is an 18+ event and agree that no individuals under the age of 18 will be permitted under any circumstance.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Alt Social event staff or on-site medical professionals to obtain emergency treatment on my behalf. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care or transportation.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and its affiliates full, unrestricted permission to capture and use my image, likeness, and voice in any media or promotional materials created during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, social media posts, and advertising content, in perpetuity and without compensation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alt Social Wellness Club LLC Paradise Cove, and all associated vendors, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities brought as a result of my participation in the event.

9. EVENT CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & FORCE MAJEURE

I acknowledge and agree that this is a rain-or-shine event. The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of typical weather conditions, including rain or heat.
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event in the case of extraordinary circumstances beyond its control. These include but are not limited to: natural disasters, hurricanes, extreme weather events, acts of God, government orders or mandates, public safety concerns, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, I understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, I will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event. This credit may be applied to a future event date of Alt Social Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

Force Majeure Clause:
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, or any other similar unforeseeable event.

Parking Disclaimer
Attendee expressly acknowledges and agrees that parking accommodations are limited and not guaranteed. Attendee further acknowledges that AltSocial Wellness Club LLC has advised in advance that parking is subject to capacity constraints and that ride-share or carpooling is strongly encouraged. Attendee assumes all risks associated with parking, including without limitation risks of damage, theft, or towing. AltSocial Wellness Club LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, and any third-party owners or operators of property or lots used for parking, shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage to vehicles, theft of property therefrom, towing, citations, or any other loss or injury occurring in connection with parking. No refunds of admission or vendor fees shall be issued in the event that parking is unavailable.
Personal Property Disclaimer
Attendee acknowledges and agrees that AltSocial Wellness Club LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be responsible or liable for the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage of any personal property of Attendee or any guest of Attendee while on the premises of the Event. Attendee is solely responsible for safeguarding all personal belongings brought onto the premises, and assumes all risk of loss in connection therewith.

Paradise Cove Watersports Release of Liability 

WARNING: There are significant elements of risk in my adventure, sport or activity associated with the outdoors, and/or the use or presence of motorized watercraft, including but not limited to jet skis, wave jets, boats, (referred to herein as “activity”) and the use of any related equipment. 
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: I realize that there are inherent dangers in this activity including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Collision with other participants, any portion of craft or other watercraft, manmade or natural objects; 2) Inclement weather, lightning, variances and extremes of wind, weather and temperature; 3) My sense of balance, physical coordination, ability to operate equipment, swim and/or follow directions; 4) Collision, capsizing, sinking or other hazard which results in wetness, injury, exposure to the elements, hypothermia, and/or drowning; 5) Getting in or out of the craft; 6) Travel to or from the activity; 7) The presence of insects and marine life forms; 8) Equipment failure or operator error. 
I ACKNOWLEDGE that I may suffer accidents or illnesses in remote places where there are no available medical facilities. I realize that personal property may be lost or damaged; that certain foreseeable events can contribute to the unpredictability of the risk, dangers and hazards of the activity; and that I should ask about other potential risk, dangers and hazards, and recommended precautions and procedures. I agree to wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation device (life jacket/ski vest) while participating in the activity. This is a basic safety precaution and is required. 
EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY: In recognition of the inherent risk of the activity which I and any minor children for which I am responsible will engage in, I confirm that I am/we are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity and using the equipment. I/We participate willingly and voluntarily. I assume full responsibility for personal injury, accidents or illness (including death), and any related expense. I assume all responsibility for damage to or loss of my/our personal property as the result of any accident that may occur. I assume the risk(s) of personal injury, accidents and/or illness, including, but not limited to: sprains, torn muscles and/or ligaments; fractured or broken bones; eye damage; cuts, wounds, scraps, abrasions, and/or contusions; dehydration, drowning, oxygen shortage (anoxia), and/or exposure; head, neck, and/or spinal injuries; bite or attack by animal, insect, or marine life; allergic reaction; shock, paralysis or death. I acknowledge that if during the activity, I/we experience fatigue, chill and/or dizziness, my/our reaction time man be diminished and the risk of accident increased.
COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH: I recognize that you, as providers of services, will operate under covenant of good faith and fair dealing, but that you may find it necessary to terminate an activity due to forces of nature, medical necessities, or other problems; and/or you may refuse or terminate the participation of any person you judge to be incapable of meeting the rigors or requirements of participating in the activity. I accept your right to take such actions for the safety of myself and/or other participants. 
AUTHORIZATION: I hereby authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of an injury while participating in the activity I either have appropriate health insurance or in its absence, agree to pay all cost of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on my behalf. I further agree that any film or photographs of me/us, as participants, becomes your property and may be used for promotion or commercial purposes. 
RELEASE: In consideration of services or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for which I am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, and heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release:

Its principals, directors, officers, agents’ employees, and volunteers, and each and every landowner, municipal and/or government agency upon whose property an activity is conducted, from all liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever (except that which is the result of wanton misconduct) 
* RESPONSIBILITY, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I MAY BE WAIVING VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISK.
