AltSocial is a sober daytime experience centered on energy, connection, and wellness.

Set at Armature Works, AltSocial Tampa brings together cold plunges, saunas, group fitness, recovery activations, music, and standout wellness brands in one vibrant social setting. The experience is designed for people who want to move their body, recharge, meet like minded people, and be part of a community driven atmosphere that feels uplifting, healthy, and genuinely fun.



Guests can expect a curated mix of movement based classes, recovery experiences, music, and wellness focused activations throughout the venue. Whether you come to plunge, sweat, recover, connect, or simply take in the energy, AltSocial Tampa is built to leave you feeling energized, fulfilled, and better than when you arrived.

This event is an 18 years and older, sober event.

Brands and experiences are subject to change.



Due to high demand and our goal of giving all guests the chance to participate, each ticket includes access to one class only. If you would like to attend multiple classes, you will need to purchase a ticket for each individual class.



All free services or experiences rendered by our sponsors are first come first serve. Not everyone is guaranteed the ability to experience all services provided.



AltSocial takes place outdoors in Florida’s heat, and the combination of exercise, saunas, and cold plunges may increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, or fainting. Please hydrate in the days leading up to the event, eat beforehand, listen to your body, and understand that participation is at your own risk. AltSocial and its partners are not liable for any adverse health events.



All sales are final. No refunds. Event goes on rain or shine.

In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, you will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event. This credit may be applied to a future event date of AltSocial Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

ALT SOCIAL WELLNESS CLUB LLC — EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that this event includes a range of wellness, fitness, and recovery activities, which may include but are not limited to:

Cold plunges, including exposure to freezing water
Sauna use, including exposure to high heat
Group exercise classes such as mat Pilates, spin, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight exercises, and functional training
Biohacking and recovery services, including leg compression boots, Theragun or percussive therapy, infrared or red light therapy, chiropractic stretching or adjustments
Health and wellness treatments, including but not limited to B12 shots, Botox injections, and other wellness injections administered by licensed third party providers
Food and beverages provided on site, including samples from third party vendors

I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, burns, allergic reactions, muscle strain, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, dehydration, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects. I voluntarily assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and anyone acting on my behalf, hereby waive, release, and discharge from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or demands, including those arising from negligence, the following parties:

Alt Social Wellness Club LLC
The host venue for the event, including the venue, property owner, property manager, landlord, tenant, and their respective owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, collectively referred to herein as the “Venue”
All event staff, instructors, therapists, clinicians, vendors, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners

This release applies to any injury, illness, death, property damage, economic loss, or other harm occurring before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to any harm resulting from my presence at the Venue or participation in any event activities, services, or offerings.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION

I understand that I am solely responsible for the food and beverages I choose to consume during the event, including those provided by third party vendors. I release Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, the Venue, and all other released parties from any liability associated with foodborne illness, allergic reactions, sensitivities, or any other issues arising from food or beverage consumption.

4. VENDOR & THIRD PARTY SERVICES

I acknowledge that certain services and offerings at this event, including but not limited to Botox injections, red light therapy, chiropractic care, compression therapy, stretching, product sampling, and other wellness, fitness, or promotional services, are administered, operated, or distributed by independent third party vendors. I understand that these vendors operate separately and independently from Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and the Venue.

I voluntarily choose to engage with these third party vendors at my own discretion and risk. I acknowledge and agree that Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and the Venue do not supervise, endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for the actions, services, advice, procedures, treatments, products, or omissions of any third party vendor.

I release and hold harmless Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, the Venue, and all other released parties from any liability, injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim that may result from my interactions with any third party vendor, or from the use or consumption of any product, treatment, or service they provide.

5. NO MINORS / NO PETS

I acknowledge that this is an 18+ event and agree that no individuals under the age of 18 will be permitted under any circumstance. I further acknowledge and agree that no pets or animals of any kind are permitted at the event, except for service animals as required by applicable law.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Alt Social event staff or on site medical professionals to obtain emergency treatment on my behalf. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care or transportation.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Alt Social Wellness Club LLC and its affiliates full, unrestricted permission to capture and use my image, likeness, and voice in any media or promotional materials created during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, social media posts, and advertising content, in perpetuity and without compensation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, the Venue, and all associated staff, sponsors, vendors, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating in any way to my attendance at, presence at, or participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the party seeking indemnification.

9. EVENT CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & FORCE MAJEURE

I acknowledge and agree that this is a rain or shine event. The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of typical weather conditions, including rain or heat.

Alt Social Wellness Club LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event in the case of extraordinary circumstances beyond its control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, extreme weather events, acts of God, government orders or mandates, public safety concerns, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

In the event of a cancellation due to any such force majeure, I understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, I will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event. This credit may be applied to a future event date of Alt Social Wellness Club LLC’s choosing and does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.

Force Majeure Clause:
Alt Social Wellness Club LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, or any other similar unforeseeable event.

Parking Disclaimer

Attendee expressly acknowledges and agrees that parking accommodations are limited and not guaranteed. Attendee further acknowledges that Alt Social Wellness Club LLC has advised in advance that parking is subject to capacity constraints and that rideshare or carpooling is strongly encouraged. Attendee assumes all risks associated with parking, including without limitation risks of damage, theft, towing, or citation. Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, the Venue, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage to vehicles, theft of property, towing, citations, or any other loss or injury occurring in connection with parking. No refunds of admission or vendor fees shall be issued in the event that parking is unavailable.

Personal Property Disclaimer

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Alt Social Wellness Club LLC, the Venue, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be responsible or liable for the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage of any personal property of Attendee or any guest of Attendee while on the event premises. Attendee is solely responsible for safeguarding all personal belongings brought onto the premises and assumes all risk of loss in connection therewith.
