Step into the warm glow of candlelight for Amber & Amethyst, a 60-minute slow flow inspired by the energy and colors of two powerful crystals.

Led by Grete, this grounding practice will explore the solar plexus and third eye chakras, drawing inspiration from amber and amethyst as we move between themes of inner strength, intuition, clarity, and connection.

Expect a slow, intentional flow surrounded by candlelight, with rich amber and purple tones adding a subtle seasonal touch just in time for Halloween.

Come settle in, move with intention, and enjoy an evening of candlelight, color, and connection.
