Meet at American Interiors (level PH) before run by 5:30. The group breaks into a 3 mile route to run and a 2 mile track for walk/run intervals. All experience levels welcomed!

Running

I acknowledge that my participation in any American Interiors Run Club activities is completely voluntary and that running, walking, and related athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, sprains, cuts, bruises, broken bones, concussions, heat-related illness, dehydration, weather conditions, traffic, uneven terrain, and other hazards that may result in serious injury, property damage, or death. I affirm that I am physically able to participate, will follow all safety instructions from organizers and officials, will comply with traffic and pedestrian laws, and will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my ability to safely engage in the activities. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation. In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge American Interiors, its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind arising out of or related to participation in these activities, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the released parties to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that American Interiors does not discourage the use of personal listening devices, however, will not hold the Run Club responsible for any injury incurred from distractions by such devices. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims brought by me, my family, or any third party resulting from my participation or actions. I authorize organizers to provide or obtain first aid or emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for all medical costs incurred. I grant permission for American Interiors to use my photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during activities for legitimate promotional or organizational purposes. I affirm that I am at least 18 years old, and that no dogs or strollers are permitted. By participating, I acknowledge that signing the waiver is a prerequisite to participate and that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this waiver.
