EVENT PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By attending and participating in any NGWC Studios event, activity, workout, social gathering, wellness experience, dating/social mixer, or related activity (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in this Event is voluntary and may include physical activities, wellness services, fitness classes, social activities, outdoor activities, cold plunges, stretching, mobility work, dance, walking, workouts, dating/social interactions, food and beverage consumption, and other related experiences.
I choose to participate at my own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Event activities may involve risks including, but not limited to:
slips, falls, or injuries
physical exhaustion
allergic reactions
interactions with other attendees
equipment-related injuries
weather-related conditions
emotional discomfort during social or dating activities
risks associated with wellness or fitness activities
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the Event and have no condition that would prevent safe participation.
I understand NGWC Studios LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, partners, venues, and affiliates are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.
I understand I should consult a physician before participating in physical or wellness-related activities.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless NGWC Studios LLC, Naples Girls Walk Club, Naples Coffee Club, Naples Flirt Club, all event staff, volunteers, instructors, sponsors, vendors, venues, photographers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from participation in the Event.
This includes claims related to negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
5. Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, social media, magazine, website, and advertising purposes.
By attending the Event, I grant NGWC Studios LLC permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format without compensation or further approval.
6. Social & Dating Activities
I understand that Naples Flirt Club and certain NGWC Studios events may involve social interaction, matchmaking activities, speed dating, icebreakers, or communication between attendees.
NGWC Studios LLC does not guarantee compatibility, relationships, safety of personal interactions outside the Event, or future outcomes between participants.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and communications.
7. Alcohol Responsibility
If alcohol is available at the Event, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own alcohol consumption and behavior.
I understand that I should never drive under the influence of alcohol or substances.
8. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by NGWC Studios LLC.
Event details, schedules, instructors, venues, vendors, and activities may change without notice.
9. Code of Conduct
NGWC Studios LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for:
harassment
inappropriate behavior
discrimination
intoxication
unsafe conduct
disruption of the Event experience
10. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, checking in, signing below, or attending the Event, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understood this waiver
I voluntarily agree to all terms
I waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue

Anniversary Party

Includes walk and regular admission to the event with workout and vendors (not VIP)

If you wanna be part of the celebration but not wanna go to the health and wellness party you can join the walk with the community from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - if you change your mind and wanna enter the party you can purchase regular admission ticket for $35 at the doors (higher price then up front)

VIP skips the walk and give you access inside of Sugarshack Downtown to enjoy all the recovery vendors and all other vendors without waiting in a line once the doors open for everyone in regular admission, curated goodie bag for each attendee with multiple brand products
