# Refund Policy

All ARO’s Fitness 30-Day Plank Challenge registrations are **final and non-refundable**.

Because this is a 30-day accountability challenge with limited registration and group preparation, refunds will not be issued for missed days, schedule conflicts, withdrawal from the challenge, or failure to complete the challenge.

**Returning Challenger Referral Promotion:** Returning challengers who refer **2 new participants who register and pay in full** are eligible to have their **$25 individual entry fee refunded**. Both new participants must complete their paid registration by the registration deadline.

Household registrations and other promotional offers cannot be combined with the referral promotion unless otherwise approved by ARO’s Fitness.

# ARO’s Fitness 30-Day Plank Challenge Participant Waiver

By registering for and participating in the ARO’s Fitness 30-Day Plank Challenge, I acknowledge that physical exercise, including planking and related fitness activities, involves inherent risks of injury.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for determining whether I am physically able to perform the challenge activities safely. I understand that I should stop exercising if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other unusual symptoms and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

I understand that ARO’s Fitness and its coaches cannot evaluate my physical condition through online participation and that the challenge is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the challenge and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, release and hold harmless ARO’s Fitness, its owner, coaches, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising from my voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

I understand that I am responsible for exercising in a safe environment, using proper form, modifying or stopping an exercise when necessary, and seeking clearance from a qualified healthcare professional if I have questions or concerns about my ability to participate safely.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
