We’re bringing the energy back to Concord for a Fun in the Sun morning ☀️ Join us for an ARO’s Fitness Workout & Pool Party… start your day with a full-body workout, then stick around for burgers fresh off the grill and poolside time with the community.

This workout is built for ALL levels. Whether you’re just getting started or already active, you’ll be able to jump in, move at your own pace, and get a solid session in with no pressure.

I understand that participating in fitness activities involves certain risks and hazards,
including but not limited to: muscle soreness, strains, sprains, and cardiovascular
complications. I acknowledge that despite the implementation of safety measures and
proper instruction, injuries may still occur.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the free fitness event workout provided by
ARO's Fitness, I hereby assume all risks and waive, release, and discharge Avery Rehnan
Overmiller, ARO's Fitness, and any associated trainers or sta􀀀 from any and all liability,
claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any
way connected with my participation in the free fitness event workout.
Photography, Video, and Communication Consent:
I grant permission to ARO's Fitness to capture photos and videos of me during this event for
promotional and educational purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing
materials.
I also consent to receive text messages and emails from ARO's Fitness regarding
follow-ups, future events, promotions, and updates. I understand I can opt out at any time
by replying “STOP” or unsubscribing from emails.
Consent for Treatment:
I hereby authorize ARO's Fitness and its trainers or sta􀀀 to administer or arrange for any
necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or medical emergency during the free
fitness event workout.
