Arsenal Health and Fitness has teamed up with XPT (Extreme Performance Training) and will be hosting an in-house event on Saturday, December 21st from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM!

XPT will guide us through some brief breath work before ripping a fun workout followed by hot/cold contrast therapy to recover!

The goal is to educate individuals on how to stimulate growth in all aspects of human performance through exposure to a variety of natural elements and environments.
