GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
NAMLESS RUN CLUB EVENTS

By signing below and/or attending a Nameless Run Club (“NRC”) event, I voluntarily agree to the terms of this liability waiver and release of claims.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in any NRC activity—including but not limited to running, walking, fitness classes, and wellness activations—entails inherent risks, including injury, illness, dehydration, accident, or in extreme cases, disability or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in NRC activities, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless:

Nameless Run Club,

All event sponsors, partners, vendors, and volunteers,

The event venue and any of its agents,

And any affiliated individuals or organizations

from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation in NRC events, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

3. Health & Medical Acknowledgment
I affirm that I am in good physical condition, do not suffer from any known disability or medical condition that would prevent or limit my participation, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own health and seeking medical attention as needed.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment
I consent to receive first aid and/or medical treatment in the event of an emergency and release NRC and all event personnel from any liability related to such care, including treatment decisions and outcomes.

5. Media & Photo Release
I grant permission to Nameless Run Club and its partners to use photos, video, and recordings of me from the event for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, without compensation.

6. Alcohol, Cold Plunge, & Special Activations
I understand that certain events may include wellness activations such as cold plunges, infrared sauna use, massage, or the availability of alcoholic beverages. I participate in these activities voluntarily and understand they may have additional risks. I release NRC and its affiliates from all liability related to my participation in such activities.

7. COVID-19 & Illness Disclaimer
I acknowledge that participation may expose me to contagious conditions including COVID-19. I accept this risk and release NRC and its partners from any responsibility related to illness arising from attendance.

8. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nameless Run Club, all event sponsors, vendors, and venues against any claims brought as a result of my actions, conduct, or participation.

9. Binding Agreement
I certify that I am 18 years or older (or have a parent/guardian sign below if under 18), have read this agreement in full, and understand its content. I understand that this is a legal document and that by signing, I am waiving certain legal rights.
