STRENGTH IN THE CITY Health + Wellness Festival is coming back to Austin! We will be taking over the Buena Vida Estate, Guitar Pool House. This beauty has a backdrop to die for and the optimal space to activate our yoga, HIIT, sound bath, workshops, PLUS water options which will be unique to this city.&#x20;

**FULL FESTIVAL DETAILS**

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, recovery services to enhance your day and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

This event was created to curate a space for people to move and connect with their community. We firmly believe that movement, mindfulness and connection will strengthen individuals who will be able to in turn strengthen their communities.

**WHAT ABOUT THE RUN/WALK??**
At 9am Body Art Run Club will be leading a free community 5k run and 2 mile walk. All speeds/ability levels invited to participate! RSVP for the walk/run for free and receive details about it leading up to the event. This run/walk is included in all festival tickets purchased as well.&#x20;

🕒 Event Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Doors open at 8:30 am)

🏃🏿‍♀️ Community run/walk: 9:00am departure

👤 Age requirement: All ages are welcome!

📍 Location: Bueno Vista

🚗 No parking on site. Ride share encouraged!&#x20;
Option 1: Fetii is offering a FREE ride for first time users and 25% off for repeat customers using the code 'STRENGTH' .&#x20;
Option 2: parking at the HEB parking lot (11521 N FM 620 Building A) and use SITC transportation for $5 roundtrip.&#x20;

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to **STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF)**. Our foundations missions is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER & PHOTO RELEASE

By participating in the STRENGTH IN THE CITY Health & Wellness Festival (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event, including but not limited to physical activities, exercise, fitness classes, and wellness-related sessions, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, and property loss or damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or damage arising from my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless STRENGTH IN THE CITY, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, instructors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, and damages for personal injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases), death, or property damage arising from my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment Authorization

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the Event and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Compliance with Event Rules

I agree to follow all Event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event organizers, staff, and vendors. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event without a refund.

Photo & Video Release

I acknowledge and agree that STRENGTH IN THE CITY and its affiliates may record, photograph, or otherwise capture my participation in the Event. I grant STRENGTH IN THE CITY and its designees an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from my image, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other business purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in the Event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read and fully understand this Waiver & Release of Liability and Photo Release Agreement. By checking the box below and signing this document, I acknowledge that I voluntarily agree to these terms and that I am waiving certain legal rights.

I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above when purchasing a ticket and checking the box.

By purchasing this ticket to this event, I accept this waiver and certify that I am either the participant or the legal guardian of the minor participant and have the authority to agree to this agreement.

This RSVP is for the 9am community run/walk ONLY. By signing up you will receive run/walk details. This does NOT include entry into the festival for any classes.

GA ticket gives you access to classes, vendors and the run/walk. This DOES NOT include the 3 hour Mike Posner Experience.

The VIP ticket includes an acai bowl and premier access to a three-hour Mike Posner Experience: intimate wellness experience with a live acoustic set.

Special ticket tier for the first 100 Body Art Run Club Members. First 50 RSVPs will receive a FREE acai bowl at the event.

This ticket includes the 3 hour Mike Posner Workshop Experience. Special ticket tier for the first 100 Body Art Run Club Members. First 50 RSVPs will receive a FREE acai bowl at the event.
