We’ll head out to **Lou Neff Point**, where Barton Springs flows into Lady Bird Lake — a shallow, scenic hangout spot perfect for chilling, dancing on the water, and soaking in DJ sets. Expect giveaways, BeatBox surprises, and nonstop good vibes.

12:00PM: **Launch + APC Paddle Out** to Lou Neff Point
12:00–5:00PM: **Live DJ Sets on the Water** (lineup drops on IG)
5:00PM: **Event Concludes** — rentals must be returned by 6:00PM

RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT  
In consideration of participating in paddle board rentals from Austin Paddle Co., and for other good and valuable consideration, I hereby agree to release and discharge from liability arising from negligence Austin Paddle Co. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, participants, and all other persons or entities acting for them (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), on behalf of myself and my children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate, and also agree as follows:
1. I acknowledge that paddle board rentals involve known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis or permanent disability, death, and property damage. Risks include, but are not limited to, drowning; injuries caused by falls or collisions; medical conditions resulting from physical activity, and damaged clothing or other property. I understand such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity..  
2. I expressly accept and assume all of the risks inherent in paddle board rentals or that might have been caused by the negligence of the Releasees. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate despite the risks. In addition, if at any time I believe that conditions are unsafe or that I am unable to participate due to physical or medical conditions, then I will immediately discontinue participation. 
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in paddle board rentals, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releasees or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
4. I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may suffer or cause while participating in paddle board rentals, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further represent that I have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume – and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
5. In the event that I file a lawsuit, I agree to do so solely in the state where Releasees’ facility is located, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply.  
6. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain  in full force and effect.  
7. I understand and agree that if I lose or damage any equipment provided by Austin Paddle Co., I will be responsible for the following replacement fees: $20 for a lost or damaged fin, $30 for a lost or damaged paddle, $75 for a late return, and $275 for a lost or damaged paddle board. By signing this waiver, I accept these charges as reasonable and agree to pay them if applicable.
By signing this document, I agree that if I am hurt or my property is damaged during my participation in this  activity, then I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties  being released on the basis of any claim for negligence.  
I have had sufficient time to read this entire document and, should I choose to do so, consult with legal counsel prior to  signing. Also, I understand that this activity might not be made available to me or that the cost to engage in this activity  would be significantly greater if I were to choose not to sign this release, and agree that the opportunity to participate at the stated cost in return for the execution of this release is a reasonable bargain. I have read and understood this document  and I agree to be bound by its terms.

Release of Liability and Waiver
In consideration of being allowed to participate in stand-up paddle board (SUP) rentals, SUP Yoga, or events provided by Austin Paddle Co. (hereinafter referred to as "APC"), located in Austin, Texas, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risks: I understand that participating in stand-up paddle board activities, SUP Yoga, or events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with water activities, changing weather conditions, physical exertion, and potential contact with other participants or objects. These risks may also include falling while docking, slipping or falling while using inflatable equipment such as a trampoline, and the loss or theft of personal belongings. I am aware that these risks could result in personal injury, property damage, or even death.
Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation in the activities provided by APC is voluntary and that I have chosen to engage in these activities of my own free will. I understand the nature of the activities and the risks involved, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation.
Photo and Media Release - I hereby grant Austin Paddle Co. (“APC”) and its representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and other media of me during my participation in any rentals, events, tours, or related activities. I authorize APC to use, reproduce, and publish such media for promotional, marketing, social media, and other lawful purposes, without compensation or additional consent. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such media and understand that these materials may be used in a variety of formats and platforms now known or later developed. I understand and agree that all such photographs, recordings, and digital content shall be the sole property of Austin Paddle Co.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in APC's activities, I hereby release and discharge APC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, instructors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I, my heirs, or legal representatives may have for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or related to my participation in APC's activities, including but not limited to negligence on the part of the Released Parties.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) incurred as a result of my participation in APC's activities or any actions or omissions on my part that result in injury or damage to third parties or property.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue APC for damages in case of injury, death, or property loss.
Governing Law: This Release of Liability and Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
I have read and understood this Release of Liability and Waiver, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
