By participating in Awaken Flow classes, workshops, or events hosted by Alexander Schimmel / Alexander Awakens at Drip Creative Studios, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and wellness practices that may involve physical exertion and emotional release.

I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body, participating at my own pace, and seeking medical guidance if needed before participating.

I knowingly and freely assume all risks related to participation and release Alexander Schimmel, Alexander Awakens, Drip Creative Studios, and all facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation.
