You’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation often called “yogic sleep,” where the body falls into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. From there, you’ll be carried into a sound bath of crystal bowls and layered frequencies that feel like waves moving through the nervous system, dissolving tension and quieting internal noise.



This is a space where effort is no longer required.



Where you are invited to rest beyond thinking, beyond doing, beyond holding it all together.



As sound surrounds you and awareness softens, the body begins to restore itself in ways rest alone cannot always reach. You don’t need to know how to do anything here—just arrive, lie down, and receive.

By participating in The Ritual, I understand that Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls involve deep relaxation, altered states of awareness, and exposure to sound frequencies and vibration.

For safety reasons, I acknowledge that certain conditions may make participation unsuitable, including but not limited to:

Implanted electronic medical devices (such as a pacemaker)
Diagnosed psychotic disorders or active psychosis
Severe sound sensitivity or conditions aggravated by sound or vibration
If I have any medical, psychological, or neurological condition that may be affected by these practices, I confirm that I have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider and assume full responsibility for my participation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant conditions to the facilitator prior to participating.
