Start your morning off right with a 2-mile run or walk led by our City Captains, followed by a recovery session at Hooga House in Golden CO.

 

We will kick things off with movement, then head into a recovery experience where you will have access to sauna and cold plunge options to help reset, recover, and feel your best.

 

Whether you are looking to ease into the day or push yourself a bit, this is a great way to move, connect, and take advantage of intentional recovery with other former college and professional athletes.

 

Please bring your own swimsuit and towel for the recovery. Hooga house has towels for you to use in the saunas but does not provide towels for showering afterwards.
