We are excited to kick off the new year with **AthletEX x THE ATHLETIC CLUBS**, NYC’s fittest social club™, for a special Athletic Clubs session led by our very own community member, **Rylan Lemons**.

This session brings the Athletic Clubs approach to training into the AthletEX community, pairing a challenging workout with the kind of squad energy many of us miss from our competitive days.
