AX NYC - Sweat and Connect Heated Sculpt @ Practice Room

ATHLETEX CAPTAINS PRACTICE

Get ready to sweat with other former college and pro athletes!

We are so excited to be bringing the community to Practice Room, where we will be taking 50 min Heated Sculpt class led by coach Global Nike Trainer and Founder of Ice Cold Club, Lauren Schramm! The class will be followed by some refreshments and sweet treats from our brand partners.

Please note all equipment is in the space, mats/towels included. The workout is barefoot but you may use grip socks.
