We are so excited to be bringing the community to [**Practice Room**](https://practiceroomnyc.com/), where we will be taking ***50 min Heated Sculpt class*** led by coach Global Nike Trainer and Founder of Ice Cold Club, [Lauren Schramm](https://www.instagram.com/laurenschrammfit/?hl=en)! The class will be followed by some refreshments and sweet treats from our brand partners.



Please note all equipment is in the space, mats/towels included. The workout is barefoot but you may use grip socks.
