STRONGER TOGETHER FESTIVAL AUSTIN

Join STRENGTH IN THE CITY and Bolt Fitness for an epic workout in the sand partnered with another high intensity or strength workout that varies each month. We will kill this workout in the sand of Montrose Beach! You can expect cones, hurdles, and sprint drills, along with competitive challenges and so much more! Be sure to come each month to see and feel the variety.

The workout will begin promptly at 8:30am and we will stay to hang after we finish.

Join us this summer for an invigorating journey through our Active Morning Movement Series, proudly brought to you by Strength in the City in collaboration with local fitness and wellness leaders. Each session is designed to kickstart your day with energy and positivity, offering a range of dynamic activities that cater to every fitness level.

From outdoor yoga sessions that embrace the tranquility of nature to heart-pumping boot camps that challenge your endurance, our series aims to inspire a holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or looking to explore new avenues of health, our diverse lineup of experts is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

Best of all, these sessions are completely donation based, providing an accessible opportunity for the community to come together and prioritize their well-being. Discover the joy of movement, connect with like-minded individuals, and cultivate a sense of strength and vitality that lasts beyond the morning.

Active Morning (A.M.) Movement Series

FREE fitness classes select Mondays through the summer at Gallagher Way. Classes guided by skilled local instructors & local studio partners in the city of Chicago. STRENGTH IN THE CITY serves as a hub for local resources, fostering your mental, physical, and social well-being.

All donations go back to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation to bring health and wellness to underserved communities. This year our main partner is SOS Children's Villages of Illinois offering mental and physical resources to families and staff. 

Every week, Contrast will be bringing out cold plunge tubs for participants to get into. Bring a change of clothes and a towel if you're interested in plunging!
