Little ones enjoy sensory and soft play, music, and movement, while parents relax with coffee and time to connect with other families. Thoughtfully designed to be calm, accessible, and stress-free, Baby Trails creates space for families to get outside, play, and build community together.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The individual named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the activities, events, programs, and gatherings offered (the “Activities”) provided by or sponsored by Baby Trails, a Florida corporation, with offices located at 600 NE 36th Street, Miami, FL 33137 (“Baby Trails”). In consideration of being permitted by Baby Trails to participate in the Activities, and in recognition of Baby Trails’ reliance hereon, I agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Release (“Release”).

I understand that participation in the Activities may involve ordinary, everyday risks associated with group events, movement, interaction with others, use of equipment, and general physical activity. While the Activities are not inherently dangerous, I acknowledge that minor injuries, accidents, or unexpected incidents may still occur. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against

Baby Trails and its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders/members, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”), arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Activities, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of Baby Trails or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against Baby Trails or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge Baby Trails and all Releasees from liability under such claims. This waiver does not extend to claims for intentional misconduct or other liabilities that Florida law does not permit to be released.

This Release is the entire agreement between Baby Trails and me regarding the subject matter
herein and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall
continue in effect. This Release is binding on Baby Trails and me and our respective successors
and assigns.

All matters arising out of this Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any
claim or cause of action arising under this Release may be brought only in the state or
federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and I hereby consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of such courts.


BY PURCHASING A TICKET, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE BABY TRAILS. 

[I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor attending. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby consent and agree to the terms and conditions of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.
