By participating in any Sweat Pals activity organized or hosted by 9RUN5, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that physical activity including running, walking, and group fitness carries inherent risks such as injury, illness, or in extreme cases death. I confirm that I am medically able to participate and am doing so voluntarily.

Release of Liability
I waive and release 9RUN5, their partners, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation, including those resulting from negligence or conditions beyond their control such as weather, road conditions, or contact with other participants.

Media Consent
I grant 9RUN5 permission to use photos, video, or audio captured during Sweat Pals activities for promotional and community purposes.

No Refund Policy
I understand that registration fees or contributions are non refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
