Curious about Beats, Bass & Breath: EDM Yoga but want a little more time to learn the moves? Or maybe you’ve been coming to class and occasionally find yourself wondering, “Wait… where exactly is my foot supposed to go?”



**Back to the Beat: EDM Yoga Foundations** is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to slow things down and explore the foundational yoga poses and movements you’ll encounter in a typical BBB class.



Instead of moving quickly from pose to pose, we’ll take our time breaking things down — exploring proper alignment, safety, mechanics, modifications, and what each shape is actually doing for your body. You’ll have space to ask questions, try things more than once, and figure out what works for *your* body.



We’ll bring everything together with a slower-paced, workshop-style flow so you can practice transitioning between poses and build confidence moving with the music.



No yoga experience, flexibility, or knowledge of pose names required. Come exactly as you are — this is a space to learn, experiment, ask questions, and build a foundation that helps you feel more confident in BBB and beyond.
