Expect laughter, experimentation, and a few “ohhh that’s how it works” moments in this flowy and functional yoga class.

We’ll start with a juicy flow to wake up ankles, hips, and core. Expect smooth transitions, building heat, and intentional prep that makes balancing feel accessible.

Then we’ll shift into standing balance play. This isn’t about locking into stiff poses, but rather about body control, coordination, and awareness.&#x20;

We’ll break down:

* How to find your center of gravity
* Where stability actually comes from
* How to stack joints for efficiency
* How to use the floor for feedback and control

All levels welcome. Wobbles are part of the process. Come curious. Leave steadier, stronger, and more in-tune with your body.

**<u>INSTRUCTOR BIO</u>**

Nikki is an athlete, educator, and creative based in Brooklyn, NY. She’s been practicing yoga for over a decade and has a background in gymnastics and exercise science. She believes that movement and community are a powerful combination. Her classes blends vinyasa yoga and climbing movements to create playful and engaging flows. As a coach, she’s passionate about helping people unlock their potential and achieve their movement goals.
