Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age, race, size, ability, or current fitness level. Pilates can improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength, as well as help you heal from injuries. Mobility workouts help improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, all the necessary features to keep you moving!

I understand that physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death.
